Dillon Baird is a passionate full-stack software engineer, UI/UX engineer, systems architect, graphic designer, security researcher and embedded systems engineer with over 18 years of experience. He has a passion for digital accessibility and ADA compliance, clean code, elegant design and immersive user experiences all of which are core principals in his work.

Having worked for companies both small and large, ranging from industrial automation to fintech and banking, Dillon has become well known within the industry for his ability to develop advanced software solutions while still providing effective design. Self-taught, he has managed to build upon his skillsets and reach an impressive level of expertise within the field.

First growing up in Santa Cruz and now living in San Diego since 2012, Dillon has grown to recognize his true passion lies in the water with oceanography - having recently taken up residence full-time onboard his 65' motor yacht (M/Y Antigua). His love of the water and boating have provided him with an engaging lifestyle as he works remotely from his home on the seas.
