In the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of today, most of my time is absorbed by my full-time role and the ongoing maintenance of my various brands and side projects. The demand for my skills and expertise often outpaces the time I have available. As a result, it’s with regret that I currently find myself unable to take on any unsolicited projects. However, I understand the challenges of finding the right fit for your needs, and so I’m more than willing to provide referrals to professionals within my network who may be better able to assist you.
What I’m Focused On Right Now
My current focus is split across a range of exciting and challenging areas. Whether it’s charting the path for my next venture, undertaking the refit and restoration of the magnificent Motor Yacht Antigua, or expanding the reach of my non-profit, Project Cognition, every day presents new learning opportunities. Additionally, I am deeply intrigued by the world of Aerospace/SpaceX, and I’m working towards creating an engaging online platform for the boating community. Amidst all this, one of my significant areas of focus is to strike a healthier work-life balance, because I believe that success in professional life should never come at the cost of personal well-being. Where I’m Working
Since February 2022, I’ve been serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Inbrace (Swift Health Systems Inc). In this role, I’ve had the privilege of managing and leading five distinct engineering teams, each comprising individuals with their unique specialties and expertise. Despite being spread across various time zones, we work together seamlessly, transcending geographical boundaries to create innovative solutions. This experience has honed my technical skills and enriched my understanding of team management and cross-cultural communication.
Where I’m At
San Diego, California, with its stunning landscapes and vibrant culture, has been my home for the past 11 years. Of these, I’ve spent six glorious years living on my 65’ motor yacht, the M/Y Antigua. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful San Diego bay, life on the yacht is an adventure in itself. It’s where I find tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of life, a place that fuels my creativity and serves as a constant source of inspiration.
Recent Travel
My most recent travel adventure took me to Ketchikan, Alaska, onboard the Norwegian Sun cruise ship in October 2022. From the pristine landscapes to the rich cultural heritage, every moment of the trip was filled with awe and fascination. As someone who thrives on exploration and adventure, I am already planning my next journey. While the destination is yet to be decided, the excitement of delving into a new place and culture is palpable.
